Nice interview and good idea to enjoy happyness
I can totally relate to it. Especially, the femine cycle and making connections with people who are at the same level as you.
I am actually having a femine cycle right now and thinking of giving up freelance writing forever for good. Adrienne’s remark on the feast and femine cycle reminds me of my experiences with having no work and suddenly some replies to your cold email and or dms you on FB and you are back in the game again.
Pursuing and finally achieving one’s goals can lead to kinda happiness. But happiness is a gradual process. Goal-oriented and following the work-life balance lead to a feeling of happiness and fulfillment. The next level of happiness starts when we contribute positive and useful things to society at large. So living for yourself and living for others may go a long way to attain real happiness in life.
